Type of submissions and publication

Authors are encouraged to submit preliminary research results of work-in-progress, use cases, thesis developments, etc. on all aspects of conference interest topics. Poster presentations will provide authors with early feedback on their research work and enable them to exchange ideas during the conference.

An abstract of 800 words should be submitted through the easychair submission management system, and should include the essence of the planned presentation. To submit your paper press here

All posters will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee according to the relevance of the work and to their ability to generate discussions between the participants of the conference. Submissions can be in Spanish, Portuguese or English. Accepted Posters should submit a two-page extended abstract, following the IEEE conference format, including no page numbers, in Word format for Windows, that will be published in the CLIHC proceedings with ISBN edited by the UABC.

The posters will be presented during the Welcome cocktail of the conference, before that you will have a short presentation during the MADNESS poster track.
